The team at MEP can provide estimation, procurement, project management and administrative services to help decrease risk, reduce costs while delivering on projects in a timely manner. 

In the design build process our goal is simple, streamline the process and provide a single point of contact that communicates with individuals at all levels of the project. Our capabilities include assistance with estimation, assessments, pre-construction, architecture, schematics, engineering, materials research, subcontracting, construction and post-construction.  As the design-builder, we will manage all contracts with companies, subcontractors, equipment vendors and providers of innovative building materials.

We take a unique approach to the building process, which allows us to work on the design aspect simultaneously with the development of the project. This includes a conceptual, design development and the construction document phase, which are all key factors in the success of a design-build.

Our ability to provide in-house expertise on civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering allows us to deliver our projects in a timely manner while avoiding unnecessary outsourcing. We pride ourselves in having a diverse staff with a multi-disciplinary background in a variety of sectors. We also provide value-engineering services to assist buildings in reducing their project costs, increase building life-cycle and accelerate the estimated project completion date.
